Terms governing use of Shakti Recharge services.

1. Services

Shakti Recharge allows eligible customers to request mobile recharges, DTH recharges, and supported bill payments. Availability of services depends upon payment gateways, telecom operators, billers, banking partners, and API providers. Service availability may vary without prior notice.

2. Customer Responsibilities

You must provide accurate account, subscriber, consumer, and contact details when using the platform. Before making payment, you should carefully verify the operator, circle, recharge plan, biller details, and transaction amount. A recharge or bill payment processed using valid but incorrect details may not be reversible.

3. Payment and Fulfilment

A successful payment confirmation does not by itself mean that recharge or bill-payment fulfilment has been completed. Payment status and fulfilment status are tracked separately. Certain transactions may remain pending until confirmation is received from the respective operator, biller, payment gateway, or service provider.

4. Failures and Refunds

In cases where payment is successfully received but fulfilment ultimately fails, an eligible refund will be initiated to the original payment method after completion of reconciliation processes. Refund timelines may vary depending on banking networks, payment gateways, and financial institutions involved.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for protecting your login credentials, passwords, devices, and authentication methods. Never share passwords, OTPs, PINs, CVV numbers, or any authentication codes with any person. Shakti Recharge shall not be responsible for losses arising from unauthorized access caused by user negligence.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, submit fraudulent transactions, automate abusive requests, interfere with security controls, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious software, or use the services in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

7. Third-Party Services

Telecom operators, DTH providers, electricity boards, billers, payment gateways, banking partners, and API providers operate independently of Shakti Recharge. Their service availability, recharge plans, bill descriptions, processing timelines, and operational policies may affect transaction processing and fulfilment.

8. Limitation of Liability

Shakti Recharge shall not be liable for delays, failures, interruptions, inaccuracies, or losses arising from third-party systems, operator downtime, banking failures, network issues, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

9. Modification of Services

Shakti Recharge reserves the right to modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any service, feature, functionality, recharge plan, bill payment service, or promotional offering at any time without prior notice.
